2. Purpose
The website ecadrio.com presents information about Ecadrio, its real estate crowdlending model and lets you subscribe to a newsletter. Full access to the investment platform, contracts and projects requires registration and identity verification.
3. Nature of the information
The information published on the site is general and informational in nature and does not constitute financial or tax advice, nor a personalised investment recommendation. Before investing, read each project's specific documentation carefully.
4. Risks
Investing in real estate crowdlending projects carries risk, including partial or total loss of capital, illiquidity, payment delays or enforcement of collateral. Past or projected performance is not a guarantee of future returns.
